Most Annoying Anime/Manga Character Contest (Nomination)

Just as the title say Who do you think is the most annoying character in Anime and Manga history?

To make it more interesting..let's make a competition for the most annoying Anime/Manga character in existence

Rules:
-

Every round shall have 10 contestants
-Nominate up to 10 characters only per round
-Nomination will be closed when 5 people has nominated
-A character can only be a contestant if someone mentioned that character for more than 2 times
-If all have more than 2..then the only people that will be picked are those that has highest..and if everyone/most has even nomination then admins can debate on who shall be picked as a contestants
-Once the 10 is completed, A poll shall be open for 1 to 2 weeks
-Everything here is personal opinions..don't be offended..but if you are bring, your complaint to PM..
